Windows 2000

On the Desktop, right-click My Network Places and then select Properties.

Right-click the Web-ster Internet connection and then select Properties.

Click the Networking tab.
- The Type of dial-up server I am calling should be set to PPP: Windows95/98/NT4/2000, Internet.
- Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) should be checked.
- If available, File and Printer Sharing For Microsoft Networks should NOT be checked.

If available, Client for Microsoft Networks should NOT be checked.
- Click OK.
Windows XP
- Click the Start button and then point to My Network Places.

Right-click My Network Places and then select Properties.

Right-click the Web-ster Internet connection and then select Properties.

Click the Networking tab.
- The Type of dial-up server I am calling should be set to PPP: Windows 95/98/NT4/2000, Internet.

Windows 98

On the Desktop, right-click Network Neighborhood and select Properties.

Make sure Dial-Up Adapter appears in the list of installed network components, and then click OK.
