Web-ster Support

Web Mail

Web-ster Webmail is a free service provided by Web-ster to access your email remotely via a Web browser. Web Mail is especially useful for travelers and commuters who need to access their email from remote locations (airports, hotels, conference centers, trade shows, and other public places).

The Webmail page is also the access and control page for your spam/virus email filtering.

Webmail Login

Screen shot of the welcome screen

To get to the Web-ster Webmail login page, enter the following address in your browser's address field:

http://mail.web-ster.com

You can also bookmark the address (save it as a favorite site) in your Web browser.

Logging on to Webmail

Enter your email address and password, then click the Login button. If the login information is correct, your mailbox summary appears. If you have problems logging on, contact us for support.

Your computer may offer to save your password so you do not have to enter it each time you log in to Web Mail. Saving the user/password is not recommended if you share your computer, or if the computer is in a public place (such as a library or school).

The main screen menu is the access point to webmail, spam management, and other email control features. To access your webmail box click on the Webmail selection. If your web browser has popups blocked you may have to enable this function when opening the webmail page.
